About Us
Independent Executive Coach, Mentor, Advisor and Director level services that help your business to deliver the results you want.
What makes me different? The answer is that I have spent over 30 years as a finance director of SME businesses. I have been fortunate in that I have never been confined to being just a FD. I bring this experience to my coaching sessions, not to provide the answers but to enable me to focus on the key issues and ask the right unlocking questions. My approach is non-judgemental, my aim is to listen and understand and in doing to so enable the client(s) to expand their own potential.
Coaching can be described as walking with a person on a journey and helping them to decide on the path they wish to take. This can be done on a one to one basis or on a group basis. Careful questioning will help the individual or the team to decide for themselves which route they wish to take. As a coach, I don’t provide the answers, I facilitate the conversations and thoughts that enable the client to identify the best solutions for themselves.
Coaching can be useful to resolve senior management behavioural issues, to support change management, to develop staff into more senior roles, support those already in such roles or for strategic planning of the business.
Sometimes coaching can identify the need for additional resources at a senior level within the business and if appropriate I can provide part time director support or act as an independent board advisor.
